Slow Play
There is no excuse for slow play and the Committee recognises the
lowest handicap as the captain of his four to assist the speed of
play.
Trundlers
Must not be taken on tees or greens of left unattended in the line
of play.
Tidy Dress
In Clubhouse please.
Litter
Do not throw litter about. there are boxes at each tee
for rubbish. Please use them.
Finally, remember the course belongs to you - the members - so please treat it with respect.
President and Captain's Privilege
The President and Captain shall have the right to enter the field whenever they desire.
The Clubhouse
This fine building is an asset to our club. Members are asked to do their share in keeping it tidy whenever they leave the premises.

Saturday Competitions
Unless otherwise advised members will be made up in fours at the clubhouse from 11.15am.
Players arriving after 1pm are not eligible for the days competition unless prior arrangements have been made with the starter on duty. Cards must be handed in no later than 5.30pm.
Morning rounds may be played and are eligible for the day's competition but these players must be through 9 holes before 11am and must notify Club Captain beforehand.
Course Etiquette
The etiquette of golf only calls for a display of ordinary sportsmanship and good manners. It is quite certain that the strict observance of this important phase of the game will create harmony and good fellowship in our club.
- No one should move or talk or stand close to or directly behind the ball or hole when the player is making a stroke.
- No player should play until the party in front is out of range.
- When the result of a hole has been determined players should immediately leave the green.
- Players looking for a lost ball should wave following players through and stand aside.
- Walk briskly between shots and help speed up the game.
- Players should carefully repair all pitch marks on the green.
- Use rakes to cover indentations before leaving a bunker.
- Replace divots on the fairway and in the rough.
Cards
The attention of members is drawn to the correct method of keeping the score, that is that the player keeps his opponent's card and enters the score after each hole. At the end of the round the player is responsible to see that his card has been filled in correctly, signed by the scorer and the score entered on the day's competitions sheet.
Incorrect cards or incorrect entry on competition sheet will not be accepted.
